JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sales Operations Specialist will be a key player on the sales and commercial operations teams. This position is a driving force to support productivity and process across the sales team in the form of revenue and corporate goals. We are looking for an outgoing, highly motivated individual and someone who is a self-starter.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contract Creation & Management: Manage new membership and upgrade document creation process from front to end, including confirming information with sales representatives, creating opportunities in Salesforce, mail merging documents, working with legal on exception language, executive approvals, closing out opportunities in Salesforce to finalize payment details with accounting and integrating new members accounts (members, partnerships, employee) into the backend system
  • Financials: Review month end reporting with Senior Director, Commercial Operations, Finance & Accounting
  • Reporting: Create/update/distribute SFDC reports and dashboards upon request. Monitor accuracy and efficiency of sales reports and other intelligence
  • Analysis and insight: Leverage CRM and data to provide meaningful insight to Senior Director, Commercial Operations on trends across the sales funnel
  • Provides support in Salesforce, SalesLoft, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Works on special projects as needed
  • Manage our charitable donation program including responding to internal and external inquiries. Creating donation materials and work closely with event coordinators. Distribute and track backend program responsibilities. And will compile output data and summarize revenue and statistics of the program.
  • Manage our referral program including applying rewards, collecting W-9 information, and working with accounting and member services on the program trends and overall performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be teamwork minded, yet with a competitive spirit
  • Must have a process driven mind to work through a lot of detail and manual processes, but able to stay focused on front execution
  • Must have extensive experience with spreadsheets and database programs, specifically Salesforce. Salesforce Admin certification is preferred. Must be able to configure reports with requested data and present results in a concise and logical manner
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must have the ability to interact with diverse group of employees and external executives representing a wide spectrum of background
