Sr. Product Manager, Customers & Orders
At Dispatch, we’re redefining last-mile logistics—and this role sits at the center of that transformation. As Senior Product Manager, Customers & Orders, you’ll own the entire buyer journey—from first touch to long-term growth—shaping how businesses discover, trust, and scale with Dispatch.
You will lead the evolution of a two-sided marketplace experience, balancing the needs of self-serve SMBs and complex enterprise customers. This role blends strategy, execution, and deep customer empathy to drive marketplace demand and revenue growth.

What You’ll Drive (Key Accountabilities + Responsibilities)

  • Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle: acquisition → activation → transaction → retention
  • Define and execute product strategy & roadmap aligned with growth outcomes
  • Optimize conversion funnels, onboarding, and ordering experiences
  • Lead cross-functional delivery across Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and CX
  • Use data, experimentation, and research to continuously improve customer engagement
  • Shape marketplace demand strategy to increase usage and customer lifetime value
  • Mentor PMs and elevate product thinking across the organization

What You Bring (Required Skills & Experience)

  • 7+ years in Product Management
  • Experience owning full customer journeys (acquire → retain)
  • Background in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or logistics platforms
  • Strong track record of growth, funnel optimization, and product-led strategies
  • Expertise in analytics, A/B testing, and behavioral insights
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
Bonus Points (Preferred Skills)
  • Experience in last-mile delivery or supply chain
  • Familiarity with PLG (product-led growth) frameworks
  • Experience designing enterprise-grade workflows (multi-user, approvals)
  • Exposure to CX/support tooling as feedback loops
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent education/experience)

Pay Range: $160 - $190 per hour
