Sr. Product Manager, Platform Integrations & Enterprise Solutions
If you get energy from enabling big customers through integrations, data products, and pragmatic customization and have a passion for enterprise SaaS, API-driven product development, and partner ecosystem strategy, this is a high-impact role where you can shape the future of Dispatch’s enterprise expansion and platform innovation.
This is a senior, long-term role built for someone with deep technical fluency who thrives in close partnership with Engineering and regular collaboration with enterprise customers. It does not include people management and is best suited for someone who prefers hands-on product
ownership and delivery over a people-leadership track.
Your Impact (Key Accountabilities)
  • Lead the Platform Product Management portfolio focused on enterprise integrations and customer-specific solutions—owning outcomes across adoption, scalability, reliability, and time-to-value.
  • Define and deliver customer-facing data & platform products, including analytics, data fabric capabilities, and data-driven experiences that unlock enterprise value.
  • Own and evolve Dispatch’s core platform roadmap, including APIs, standardized integrations, integration tooling, and customer-specific integration solutions.
  • Be the primary product point of contact for customer-driven integrations—partner directly with enterprise clients to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and guide implementation success.
  • Run technical discovery and solutioning by leading discovery sessions, integration planning discussions, and product demonstrations with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner deeply with the Engineering and Data Team to design, deliver, and refine scalable integration architectures across complex enterprise environments.
  • Influence technical direction by challenging unnecessary complexity, pushing for maintainable patterns, and ensuring we build extensible platform capabilities, non-repeatable bespoke solutions.
  • Ensure seamless interoperability with customer IT infrastructure and internal enterprise systems, supporting both implementation and long-term platform stability.
  • Balance near-term enterprise commitments with long-term platform strategy, making smart tradeoffs that keep the platform scalable and consistent with broader product goals.
  • Enable go-to-market success: collaborate with Sales, Go-To-Market, and Partnerships teams on positioning, solution narratives, and sales enablement for platform/integration capabilities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the roadmap for core platform capabilities, including APIs, standardized integrations, and customer-specific integration solutions.
  • Partner closely with internal and external engineering teams to design, deliver, and refine scalable integration architectures across complex enterprise environments.
  • Act as the primary product point of contact for customer-driven integrations, working directly with enterprise clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, integration planning discussions, and product demonstrations with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate deeply with engineering to influence technical direction, challenge unnecessary complexity, and guide teams toward practical, maintainable solutions.
  • Ensure seamless product integration with customer IT infrastructure and internal enterprise systems, supporting both implementation and long-term platform stability.
  • Balance near-term customer needs with long-term platform strategy, ensuring integrations remain extensible and aligned with broader product goals.
What We’re Looking For (Required Skills & Experience)
  • 4–7+ years in technical product management (or equivalent) delivering platform, API, developer experiences, integration, or data-heavy products in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in a High-tech, SaaS organization, with a focus on a specific industry, technology, or Supply Chain..
  • Deep understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise software architecture (authentication, data flows, eventing, middleware/iPaaS patterns, error handling, observability, etc.).
  • Proven ability to navigate complex technical organizations and influence engineering decisions without direct authority.
  • High comfort level engaging directly with customers in technical discussions: discovery, solution design, tradeoffs, and integration execution.
  • Strong product judgment: ability to assess tradeoffs, push back on over-engineering, and advocate for scalable, pragmatic solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills and the ability to prioritize business requirements appropriately through a collaborative partnership approach with Engineering/Data Engineering and Customer Success teams to deliver outcomes end-to-end.
Bonus Points (Preferred Skills)
  • Deep logistics technical experience, specifically in digital supply chain systems and/or supply chain management and operations.
  • Prior experience as a software engineer or in a highly technical role (hands-on coding not required).
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
