Internship — Product Management

About the Opportunity

What You’ll Be Working On

• Assist the team in gathering and documenting product requirements from stakeholders, including customers and drivers.

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure product performance.

• Coordinate and participate in user research calls with customers and drivers to gather feedback and understand user needs.

• Analyze user feedback to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.

• Write clear and concise user stories that capture the requirements and needs of the users, aligning with the product roadmap and overall strategy.

• Collaborate with UX designers and engineering teams to design solutions that meet specified outcomes, ensuring alignment with the product vision and user needs.

• Perform other duties as assigned, such as supporting product roadmap planning, assisting with market research, and helping with the launch of new features or products.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university with an interest in Computer Science, Kinesiology/Human Factors, Usability, User Experience, Graphic Design, Management of Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Positive, self-driven team player with a desire to learn

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time effectively

• Ability to deliver extraordinary customer relationships with professionalism

• Comfortable using AI-based tools for analysis, automation, or decision support (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity etc.).

Internship Details

• Pay: $20–$22 per hour

• Schedule: 30-40 hours per week

• Duration: May 18, 2026 – August 14, 2026

• Location: Hybrid | Bloomington, MN
