Enterprise Account Executive
We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring net new logos and expanding relationships within our existing enterprise customers (defined as customers whose revenues exceed a billion dollars annually). This role is critical to achieving our revenue targets and requires a proven hunter mentality, strong business acumen, and the ability to creatively overcome challenges to close complex deals.

The ideal candidate is a tech‑savvy, relentless do‑er who thrives in fast‑paced environments and can translate customer needs into solutions. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing, and account growth.

Your Impact (Key Accountabilities)
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through new enterprise customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships within net new and existing customers to ensure continued business growth and adoption of Dispatch’s core products.
  • Identify, pursue, and close high‑value opportunities across target industries.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; report regularly to leadership.
  • Lead negotiations and manage complex contracts with enterprise clients.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategy.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Define ideal customer profiles and build targeted prospecting campaigns for deals valued at a baseline of $500,000+ in annual revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise decision‑makers and stakeholders.
  • Create and execute account plans to drive growth and retention.
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting through close and post‑sale expansion.
  • Travel as needed (up to 25%) for client meetings, conferences, and on‑site visits.
What We’re Looking For (Required Skills & Experience)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing enterprise business agreements.
  • 10+ years in enterprise sales or account management with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience with CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex enterprise agreements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with influence across multiple levels.
  • Superior project management skills in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
  • Data‑driven decision‑making, including forecasting performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Bonus Points (Preferred Skills)
  • Experience in full‑cycle enterprise sales, solution integration, or account management.
  • Domain knowledge in Construction, Trades, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Retail.
  • Familiarity with industry‑specific technologies (ERP, TMS, CRM).
  • Ability to design account growth strategies and incentive programs.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Location
Hybrid (Bloomington, MN) or Remote (eligible states only).
Travel up to 25%
Compensation
Salary range: OTE $200,000 – $400,000 (Base + Variable)
