WHY YOU WOULD BE A FIT?
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will drive revenue through enterprise and mid-market customer relationships, expanding and strengthening Dispatch's network of active customer locations. By collaborating with our Enterprise Sales and Account Managers, the RSM will activate locations, nurture relationships, and execute growth strategies to drive exceptional outcomes.
ASSIGNMENT (should you choose us and we choose you!)
- Lead prospecting efforts to generate and qualify new leads
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline in our CRM, HubSpot
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective customers, showcasing Dispatch’s value
- Develop and nurture client relationships, supporting their success with Dispatch’s solutions
- Oversee service rollout and implementation at branch-level locations
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on pipeline status, meetings, and activation progress
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM & DISPATCH
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise sales with proven achievement
- 3+ years of experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience preferred
- Ability to accurately forecast business on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a proactive, self-driven mindset

- Compensation: Base salary range: $62,000 - $72,000 annually, plus uncapped commission based incentives.
