Decide is seeking a motivated and passionate B2B seller to join our Measured Outcomes team. As an Account Executive, you will secure new relationships and close deals with media companies looking to better monetize their audience. Your role will be responsible for developing and communicating value propositions that align partners’ goals with Decide's. This position requires a results-driven, solutions-based, strategic-minded closer.

Our flagship technology, the Decision Marketplace℠, delivers results for brands and publishers across our distributed advertising network without the crutch of third-parties cookies or behavioral targeting. The Decision Marketplace is an entirely composable ecosystem that enables contributors to rapidly develop machine learning models to make intelligent predictions and more importantly, to render automated decisions.
What you’ll do:
- Build long-term, sustainable client relationships with leading media companies, publishers and advertisers
- Identify, negotiate, and close business opportunities with new and existing partners
- Develop and communicate strategic value propositions that align partner goals with Decide's
- Hit monthly sales targets
- Maintain clean record-keeping of sales outreach and contacts in a CRM
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the success of each of our clients
Your skills and experience should include:
- Minimum 18 months of experience with a proven track record of closing B2B sales deals
- Prior experience with a CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Prior experience in performance-based marketing and digital media landscape (preferred)
- Understanding of quantitative data and the ability to articulate complex ideas (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong business intuition
- Process- and goal-oriented with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to learn new information quickly to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic organization
- Strong computer skills and an ability to pick up on new technologies
