What You’ll Do:


  • To set rooms during the day and in the evening for the following day in accordance with client requirements and company standards
  • To ensure that meeting rooms that are not in use are setup to company standards and therefore available for client show rounds
  • To ensure that all meeting rooms, staff offices and common areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness
  • To clean and restock the washrooms on a daily basis
  • To carry out deep-cleaning duties within the venue as per the schedule provided
  • To ensure that all waste removal is carried out according to Health & Safety regulations and company standards
  • To ensure that stocks of cleaning materials are maintained by up-dating stock sheets
  • To store and keep a log of lost property found in meeting rooms and common areas
  • To carry out duties in accordance with all Health and Safety regulations and company best practice
  • To undertake any reasonable requests for ad hoc duties by the venue team


  • Daily management of facilities team, ensuring that venue needs are meet
  • Delegation of duties to ensure that rooms have been set up in accordance with company standards and client needs
  • Supervising team and delegation of duties and responsibilities

Health and Safety:

  • To assist venue managers in ensuring the venues are health and safety compliant by actioning any jobs that pose a risk to either delegates or staff
  • To carry duties in accordance with all Health and Safety regulations and company best practice
