The Sales Enablement Manager (SEM) will drive sales performance for all aviation products across a portfolio of CLEAR airport locations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, you will craft and utilize a suite of sales enablement tools to provide local support and coaching for field leaders in your assigned portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with all levels of field leadership and collaborate to reach shared sales KPIs.

Below are additional cities that we will consider for this role:
West: Seattle, Denver, Phoenix, LA, SF
South: Houston, Atlanta, Orlando, Miami/Fort Lauderdale

What you'll do:

  • Maintain a daily pulse on sales performance across Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at locations within your assigned portfolio. Utilize performance data insights to surface top sales enablement priorities and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with field leaders to pinpoint key performance factors, emerging trends, and potential areas for enhancement. Recognize and celebrate accomplishments while addressing opportunities for improvement, both at the local and national levels.
  • Conduct regular in-person assessments of location performance and coach local leaders to develop and implement sales enablement strategies and action plans to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness
  • Drive sales performance accountability and action plan follow-through
  • Adhere to the Sales Enablement playbook and roadmap to maximize sales outcomes
  • Consistently evaluate existing sales enablement tools and programs to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and own initiatives. Develop & deploy updates accordingly.

How you'll measure success:

  • In-Airport Enrollment Performance: Gross Adds, Family Attach Rate, Conversion, Enrollment Labor Efficiency
  • TSA PreCheck: In-Airport Enrollments/ Renewals, marketing opt-in, bundle upsell
  • Enrollment Experience: Qualitative scores on enrollment service experience for both products

What you're great at:

  • Minimum of three to five years of sales experience, preferably in a multi-unit direct to consumer environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs
  • Strong understanding of sales data, methodologies, processes, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ownership and bias for action

The base salary range for this role for Colorado & California based candidates is $90,000 - $105,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
