The Partner Marketing Manager - Sports & Entertainment is responsible for the growth and development of our sports team and venue partnerships. Reporting to the Director, Partner Marketing, the Partnerships Manager will create, own and develop meaningful relationships to deliver significant value for CLEAR and CLEAR members.


What you'll do:

  • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with sports teams, venues, and entertainment organizations.
  • Develop, execute, and manage strategic marketing plans and partner campaigns tailored to each partner, aligning with CLEAR’s overall goals and objectives, and driving business goals against large, multi-year contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Creative and Marketing, Product Partnerships and Integrations, Public Affairs, and more to activate and drive success of partnershipTrack, analyze, and report on the performance of partnership initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Travel to partner venues and events as needed to launch new partnerships and manage relationships
  • Monitor relevant industry trends and maintain a high level of knowledge of all CLEAR products and initiatives

How you'll measure success:

  • Utilization, new member growth, and member retention
  • Prospective upsells
  • Asset performance and optimizations (e.g., impressions, media exposure, brand affinity)

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership marketing, sports marketing, or a related role
  • Passionate about sports and entertainment industries.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solutions-oriented (proactive)
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Experience using Looker and Medallia a plus

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
