We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial IntimatApparel Designer to lead innovative women's intimate apparel design.

Responsibilities
Work in partnership with the CEO to design innovative products for the women's intimates market, specifically post-mastectomy product ranges
Rapidly prototype new product designs using unconventional methods and materials
Collaborate on trend research and apply findings to new and existing product lines
Partner with the CEO to design and develop innovative products
Work closely with vendor partners to ensure designs are executed correctly and production quality is maintained
Maintain development and production calendar to guarantee on-time delivery
Qualifications
3-5 years intimate apparel design experience (pocketed/mastectomy bras preferred)
BS/BA required
Ability to interface with factories and their sample teams to produce prototypes specific to concept projects
Expertise in bra construction and technical fit including molded cup development
Ability to illustrate designs and concepts in both hand-sketched and computer-rendered formats
Superior computer skills: MAC / PC, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, In Design; Word, Excel
Ability to balance creative and detailed thinking
