POSITION SUMMARY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer for a 100% Remote, 12 month +, 1099 contract

No 3rd Party C2Cs Please.

Location: Colombia, South America (work remote supporting US based client/project)

Employment Type: Contract Work, 40 hours weekly

100% Requirement: Must have good verbal & written communication (English)

Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Developer. The project involves working with a tech-enabled healthcare organization: they build internal platforms to support physicians and other providers, as well as patient and partner-facing functionality. They are scaling virtual care across the country, using tech to drive high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement full-stack features, with a primary focus on crafting intuitive and accessible frontend user experiences.
• Collaborate with team members to design and deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and accessible product experiences.
• Continuously analyze and improve product success metrics and workflows to optimize user satisfaction.

About You

• An experienced software engineer with frontend experience who is excited to develop leadership skills
• Skilled in .NET development as well as React work on the Frontend
• Good experience with both AWS & PostgreSQL is required
• Independently able to identify and solve complex problems, recognizing when to seek assistance to maintain progress and efficiency
• Excellent at communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excited by ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and the opportunity to help shape the direction of a growing company

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or other privacy-centric verticals
• Exposure to relational databases, modern frontend frameworks (primarily React)
• Knowledge of common design patterns and best practices for maintainability and security
