Career Opportunity

As the Demand Generation Manager at Cariloop, you’ll play a critical role in our GTM strategy and mission to help relieve the stress and anxiety felt by all working caregivers. Your efforts will drive warm leads and influence net new business for our sales and business development team, securing new employer, consultant, and channel partnerships to fuel growth. You’ll strategize, implement, test, and measure the impact of multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, events, webinars, and content marketing.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Data & Analytics to create and execute best-in-class campaigns while enabling sales to represent Cariloop with compelling materials and resources. You’ll report directly to the Vice President of Marketing in this position. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for understanding buyer behavior, can articulate the value of caregiving support for employers and alternative buyers, and has demonstrated success in converting targets into qualified leads. Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and measure the impact of demand generation campaigns from end-to-end, driving net-new pipeline and closed revenue from email events, webinars, and content marketing

  • Partner with the internal and external content and creative teams to develop compelling and informative content and campaign assets that resonate with buyers and promote our value proposition and solutions including outbound email campaigns, webinar presentations, sales collateral, pitch decks, demo assets, and social media content to support campaign objectives

  • Collaborate with brand and content team to drive memorable and engaging experiences for HR leaders and benefit consultants, and drive best-in-class follow-up to increase conversion of leads

  • Create compelling outbound prospecting sequences for sales and SDRs to prospect priority targets

  • Monitor and understand regular campaign performance data, including opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, revenue lift, spam, unsubscribes, etc. to influence future strategies.

  • Partner closely with marketing leadership and finance to plan and manage monthly demand generation budget

  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics to establish multi-touch attribution models, demonstrating the sourced and influenced revenue driven from your campaigns. Use that data to influence future campaign priorities and optimize spend for efficiency

  • Serve as a voice of the buyer to our Product Development team to influence roadmap and member-engaging design

  • Research marketing trends or competitor offerings to share insight and make recommendations for improving our messaging, approach, or solutions.

  • Ultimately own key metrics around MQLs and pipeline creation

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated excellence in campaign management and multi-channel marketing

  • Proven experience in effectively using HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar programs and actioning data and insights from these technologies

  • Experience in the employee benefits industry with a proven track record for driving the adoption of benefit programs and value-added services within employers, payers, and channels

  • Demonstrated experience launching multichannel campaigns across events, webinars, email, social, and content

  • Willingness to travel 15% to manage national and regional on-site event logistics

  • Excellent communication skills and track record of aligning with sales leadership

  • Ability to think and execute both strategically and creatively

  • High attention to detail and focus on quality output

  • Proactive in your communication and cross-functional collaboration

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
