As a Strategic Account Director at Carbon Robotics, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with key accounts. Leveraging your industry expertise and a deep understanding of our robotic solutions, you will collaborate with clients to identify opportunities, address challenges, and deliver customized automation solutions. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in strategic account management, a passion for technology, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Account Management and Business Development Experience within a cutting edge technology proposition.
    • Meet and exceed revenue targets by developing and implementing strategic account plans that align with both client and company objectives
  • Strong Communication skills required
    • Clearly articulate the value proposition of Carbon Robotics solutions, demonstrating how they align with clients' business goals and contribute to their success.
    • Establish quarterly executive review meetings with internal and external leaders.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach in delivering value to strategic accounts.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while anticipating potential challenges, minimizing risks and ensuring the strong customer relationship.
  • Follow and communicate competitive intelligence and industry trends.
  • Foster customer advocacy by ensuring a positive client experience, resolving issues promptly, and serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Strategic Account Director or in a similar strategic account management role within Ag Tech, robotics, automation, or technology industries.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets through strategic account development.
  • Ability to understand complex solutions and industry trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Travel required upto 70%

Carbon Robotics follows equitable hiring practices. Flexibility in our hiring process allows hiring of talent at levels different from what are posted. The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skill, Interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. We are committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for similar work.

Carbon Robotics' base salary pay range:

$183,168—$315,047 USD
