Job Overview:

As a Finance & Operations Associate, you will work directly with the Finance Director and COO to support mission-critical weekly operations. You will play a critical role in managing the cash flow in and out of our business, as well as ensuring our business is running as efficiently as possible. You will also have the opportunity to take on important projects for improving operational processes within a fast-moving environment.

The role has two primary components of pay:

• Base salary in the range of $80,000 to $90,000
• Stock option package

Responsibilities:

• Ensure hundreds of Buildforce electricians are paid properly and on-time
• Manage revenue collection and billing-related communications with end customers
• Support Finance Director on company-wide bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting
• Own and improve on several weekly and monthly insurance, tax, and compliance processes

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in a finance, accounting, or consulting role
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
