This role has two components of pay:

  • Base Salary: $70k-$80k

  • Commission: Uncapped commission with accelerator past quota

This role is responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with electrical contractors in the DFW market, understanding their staffing needs and challenges.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Presenting staffing solutions to electrical contractors and negotiating contract terms.
  • Attending workshops, conferences, and other professional development opportunities to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in a CRM (Hubspot)
  • Collaborating with the recruiting team to match the right candidates with client requirements
  • Collaborating with the product team to improve Buildforce’s contractor-facing product

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a construction-related field
  • You have a history of building successful relationships in previous sales roles

  • You are fearless and have a high tolerance for rejection
  • You have superior communication skills
  • You’re a creative, quick-thinking problem solver
  • You are tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRMs like Hubspot
