Position Overview:
Benchmark Gensuite is looking for a Growth Enablement Specialist to join our expansion growth team. This is a creative, high-impact role at the intersection of sales enablement, visual storytelling, and commercial execution. You will own the creation of the materials that help our expansion sellers win — product and value visualizations, customer-facing proposals, training content, and executive management reporting — while developing a foundational understanding of how we sell and what our customers care about.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in a sales or sales support environment who discovered that their real superpower is making complex ideas look simple and compelling. If you understand what buyers care about, live in PowerPoint, think in visuals, know your way around a modern sales enablement tech stack, and can craft a proposal that moves a deal forward, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do:
Content Creation & Visual Storytelling
- Build and maintain a library of high-quality product and value visualization assets for the expansion selling team — solution overviews, use case one-pagers, ROI frameworks, and competitive positioning materials
- Design and produce executive-ready management decks for growth leadership, including pipeline reviews, account strategy presentations, and board-level reporting
- Create training and onboarding materials for the expansion team — playbook visualizations, process guides, coaching aids, and certification content
- Develop short-form video content and animated GIFs to support product demos, feature highlights, and sales outreach sequences
- Build interactive demo and proposal experiences using tools like Consensus to help buyers visualize value before the first live conversation
- Partner with Growth, SEG, and Product teams to translate complex product capabilities and customer outcomes into clear, visually compelling narratives
Proposal Development
- Own the end-to-end creation of customer-facing proposals for the expansion selling team — from initial structure and narrative through final design and delivery
- Develop and maintain a library of modular proposal components — solution descriptions, pricing frameworks, ROI summaries, case studies, and implementation overviews — that sellers can assemble and customize quickly
- Collaborate with SEG leaders, Deal Desk, and account owners to ensure proposals accurately reflect the customer's situation, the recommended solution, and the commercial terms
- Build executive-summary style proposals that lead with business value and decision clarity, not feature lists
- Continuously improve proposal quality and win rate by incorporating feedback from won and lost deals
Sales Enablement Operations
- Own the organization, maintenance, and accessibility of all growth team content — ensuring materials are current, on-brand, and easy to find
- Manage content workflows and asset requests from the expansion team, setting clear turnaround expectations and delivering consistently
- Track content performance and usage where tooling allows — identifying what's working and what needs to be refreshed
- Maintain brand consistency and visual quality standards across all growth team outputs
Commercial Fluency
- Develop a working knowledge of our solution portfolio, customer segments, and expansion selling motion to ensure all content and proposals are grounded in commercial reality
- Sit in on customer calls, deal reviews, and team meetings to stay close to what buyers are actually asking and what sellers actually need
What You Bring:
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in a sales enablement, content creation, proposal development, or sales support role — with enough exposure to a commercial environment to understand how deals work and what buyers care about
- Demonstrated portfolio of sales or marketing content — decks, proposals, one-pagers, videos, interactive demos, or training materials you've built and deployed in a commercial context
- Hands-on experience writing and designing customer-facing proposals in a B2B environment — you understand how to structure a proposal that drives a decision, not just describes a product
- Experience working directly with or in support of a quota-carrying sales team
Technical Skills — You should be proficient in most of the following:
- Presentation & Design: PowerPoint (expert level), Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Video & Animation: Video editing tools (Camtasia, Loom, Adobe Premiere, or similar), GIF creation tools
- Interactive Demo & Proposal Tools: Consensus, Reprise, Navattic, or similar interactive demo and proposal platforms
- Proposal & Document Creation: Experience with proposal management tools (PandaDoc, Proposify, or similar) and/or contract lifecycle management platforms (Juro or similar)
- CRM & Sales Tools: HubSpot (contact management, sequences, deal tracking, reporting)
- Collaboration & Productivity: Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Google Workspace
- AI-Assisted Content Tools: Familiarity with AI writing, design, or content generation tools is a strong plus
Attributes
- Exceptional visual storytelling instincts — you can take a wall of text or a data dump and turn it into something clear, structured, and persuasive
- Strong written communication — you write crisp, clean copy that doesn't need heavy editing
- Proposal writing chops — you understand how to lead with business value, frame a recommendation clearly, and structure a document that earns a signature
- High attention to detail and strong project management instincts — you can juggle multiple requests, set expectations, and deliver on time
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and speed matters
- Curiosity about EHS, industrial operations, or enterprise SaaS is a plus; willingness to learn is required
What Success Looks Like in Year One:
- The expansion team has a go-to library of polished, on-brand materials they actually use
- Proposals are produced faster, look better, and require less revision from sellers and leadership
- Executive decks are cleaner and delivered on time
- New SEG hires onboard faster because training materials are clear and well-structured
- Short-form video and interactive demo content is actively being used in outreach sequences and customer conversations
- You've developed enough commercial fluency to anticipate what the team needs before they ask for it
Why This Role...
You'll sit inside one of the most active growth teams in the company, with direct exposure to senior leadership, strategic accounts, and a product portfolio that is expanding rapidly. If you want to grow into a full sales, marketing, or enablement career, this role gives you the content, relationships, and commercial context to do it.
