Job Overview
The Product Specialist supports product execution activities within the Product Management & Engagement (PMX) organization. This early-career role focuses on delivery support, documentation, and operational execution for several enterprise EHS/ESG applications. The Product Specialist works in close collaboration with the Product Manager while independently managing assigned features or initiatives as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Execution Support
- Support Priority Development Initiatives (PDIs) across assigned applications.
- Independently manage smaller features, enhancements, or sub-initiatives.
- Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and milestone tracking.
- Support EQA activities for assigned initiatives, supporting validation of requirements and functionality prior to release.
2. Documentation and Communication
- Contribute to functionality review documents, FAQs, internal communications and product upgrade announcements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Implementation teams.
- Participate in recurring PDI status meetings and operational reviews.
- Assist with mockups, wireframes, and requirements documentation.
4. AI-Enabled Product Operations
- Utilize AI tools to assist with documentation, requirements drafting, and analysis.
- Develop familiarity with AI-enabled product concepts and configurable design approaches.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, technology, environmental studies, or similar)
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology, or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in enterprise SaaS and EHS/ESG domains
