Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Fullstack Developer to join our Enterprise Systems and Solutions team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical business applications that support our organization’s operational needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technical excellence across projects. This position offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-level development practices while working with modern technologies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers, give mentorship, and code reviews.
• Support technical decision-making and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee system integration projects and API development initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Optimize database design, queries, and stored procedures for performance and scalability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance, security, and maintainability.
• Champion DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native solutions.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-stack application development experience in an enterprise environment.
• Proficient English communication skills, verbal and written (C1).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong expertise in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue).
• Solid knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
