Overview

We are seeking a Specialist, Strategic Enterprise Initiatives to support enterprise‑level transformation efforts at Benchmark Gensuite. This role sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise analytics, focused on coordinating, supporting, and enabling high‑impact programs that advance how we scale as an organization.

In this role, you will assist in organizing cross‑functional initiatives, facilitating operational improvements, and supporting data‑ and AI‑enabled transformation efforts. This is an ideal position for someone who is detail‑oriented, highly organized, analytically minded, and excited to contribute to complex programs in partnership with senior program managers and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Support

• Support cross‑functional programs aligned with enterprise priorities and corporate transformation goals.
• Assist in developing program plans, milestones, timelines, and documentation.
• Track risks, dependencies, and progress updates; help maintain program governance routines.
• Prepare summaries, dashboards, and status reports for program leads and stakeholders.

Corporate Transformation & Digital Initiatives

• Support workflow modernization efforts, including automation, AI‑enabled processes, and digital tooling.
• Assist in coordinating pilots and rollouts of AI‑enabled solutions.
• Contribute to change‑management activities such as training materials, communication drafts, and readiness assessments.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and technology teams to document requirements or process changes.

Enterprise Analytics & Insights

• Partner with analytics teams to gather data, build KPI dashboards, and support measurement of program outcomes.
• Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends or performance gaps.
• Help prepare executive‑ready presentations, visuals, and narrative summaries.
• Promote a data‑informed decision‑making mindset within programs.

Cross‑Functional Coordination & Collaboration

• Serve as a connecting point across teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Support the facilitation of meetings, working sessions, and decision‑making forums.
• Assist leaders by translating program needs into action items and ensuring follow‑
• Build strong working relationships across business functions.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Certifications (PMP, change management) are a plus but not required.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, analytics, or business transformation roles.
• Proficient English communication skills, verbal and written (C1).
• Experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives or digital transformation projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI concepts or GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, GPT‑based tools).
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in evolving and ambiguous environments with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI‑enabled process improvement.
