Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Growth Operations & Automation Leader who thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and enablement. This role is equal parts technical operator, AI innovator, and team enabler — someone who can build scalable revenue infrastructure and help people use it to drive measurable growth.
You’ll own our home-built CRM and its connected ecosystem of tools — including HubSpot, Gong, Staircase.ai, billing, contracting, and e-signature systems — ensuring they operate seamlessly across the customer lifecycle. At the same time, you’ll lead the enablement and adoption efforts that empower our Account Management and Expansion teams to identify, prioritize, and close more expansion opportunities.
You’ll also play a key role in bringing AI-first tools and MCP (multi-channel platform) integrations into our growth stack — leveraging automation, AI insights, and real-time orchestration to supercharge efficiency and decision-making across teams.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Systems Ownership
- Serve as the system leader for our custom-built CRM — governing data structures, workflows, and user experience with precision and accountability.
- Manage integrations across HubSpot, Gong, Staircase.ai, billing, and contracting tools to ensure clean data flow and lifecycle consistency.
- Implement automation and validation logic that reduce friction, increase accuracy, and drive scalability.
- Maintain strong change control, documentation, and configuration standards to ensure sustainable growth and stability.
AI-First Enablement & MCP Integration
- Integrate and operationalize AI-first tools (e.g., Gong AI, ChatGPT-powered copilots, predictive scoring, or AI-driven workflows) to enhance revenue team efficiency and decision support.
- Design and maintain MCP (multi-channel platform) integrations that unify communication, data, and workflow across CRM, engagement, and analytics tools.
- Partner with GTM and Product teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can eliminate manual work and surface smarter insights.
- Monitor system usage and data flow to ensure AI models and automated processes deliver measurable business impact.
Enablement & Team Empowerment
- Partner with Account Management and Expansion Sales to translate strategy into operational workflows, dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Build and maintain enablement tools that help teams identify whitespace, expansion signals, and customer risk in real time.
- Lead training sessions and tool rollouts to improve adoption, process consistency, and data hygiene.
- Collect feedback from users and continuously iterate on processes and automations that improve team efficiency.
Data Integrity & Analytics
- Own data quality and governance across systems, enforcing accuracy, completeness, and standardization.
- Build advanced analytical models and dashboards in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to track expansion pipeline health, customer segmentation, and revenue efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a consistent KPI framework and reporting cadence that supports data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Partner with leadership to turn operational data into actionable insights for forecasting, segmentation, and strategy refinement.
Automation & Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate manual work through smart automation and AI-powered workflows.
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs, middleware (Zapier, Workato, Make), or low-code platforms.
- Document and optimize processes for renewals, expansions, and cross-sells to support consistent, repeatable execution.
- Lead quarterly reviews of system performance, adoption, and data health to align technology with evolving go-to-market priorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Customer Success, Marketing Ops, and Finance to maintain alignment across systems and reporting.
- Translate commercial objectives into operational design, ensuring technology and process work in service of revenue growth.
- Champion accountability, visibility, and continuous improvement across teams through reliable systems and reporting.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Advanced degree or certifications in analytics, CRM/platform administration, or automation/AI systems are preferred.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, or Sales Systems Management within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
- Proven ownership of CRM systems (custom-built or major platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce) and integrated revenue tech stacks.
- Hands-on experience with AI-first tools, machine learning–enabled automation, or predictive analytics platforms for GTM and customer lifecycle operations.
- Experience integrating and managing MCP (multi-channel platform) solutions for unified data, messaging, and automation orchestration.
- Advanced data analysis and visualization skills in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong grasp of data integrity principles, automation design, and system governance.
- Demonstrated success driving tool adoption, training, and enablement across go-to-market teams.
- A balance of technical fluency, process rigor, and collaborative leadership.
