What You Will Do:

The Director of Digital Marketing & Sales Enablement will lead and oversee our digital marketing strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels including website, social media, email, and paid advertising. As the Director, you will also drive sales enablement efforts to equip the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to effectively engage with prospects and drive conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition
  • Create and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve business objectives
  • Develop deep industry and product knowledge to lead product marketing content and campaigns
  • Oversee the company's online presence and optimize the user experience on the website and other digital touchpoints
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across different platforms
  • Implement marketing automation systems and processes to streamline lead generation and nurture programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
  • Lead sales enablement initiatives, including the development of sales collateral, training materials, and sales playbooks
