As a Coordinator, you will help Anduril’s Test Site team execute its test plans and product demonstrations every day.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive inventory between multiple on-site locations and into town for additional supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records for effective day to day planning
- Assist test engineers with various operations tasks supporting engineering activities
- Coordinate event preparation for high- profile client visits and demonstrations
- Manage deployment and demonstration inventory, ensuring quality and stock of equipment
- Assist in product installations at the test site as needed
- Support the Test Site Lead in maintaining the site, including managing office supplies, cleanliness, food & beverage, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate and maintain vendor relationships
- Travel up to 50% to other test sites for support
- Take ownership of restocking and site maintenance as necessary
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least two years of experience in facilities management or operations
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to own a variety of tasks in an autonomous environment
- Collaborative mindset to assist test engineers in various operational tasks
- Strong customer service mentality
- Valid Driver’s license
- Previous experience in inventory management or operations support is preferred
- Able to lift 50lbs
- GED
- Ability to immediately obtain a U.S. Top Secret-Level security clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with airports
- Forklift & Aerial Lift Certified
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
