WHAT IS AIS?
Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS) is focused on positioning Anduril as a lead provider of specialized engineering and products for Intelligence Community (IC) customers. We work within the IC to understand their requirements, shape their concepts of operation, and deliver exquisite capability across their problem set. We aim to develop and deploy critically needed capabilities that address our customers’ most pressing national security requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an AIS Deputy Program Manager, you will support the development and integration of Anduril products and technologies for a key Anduril program. This complex program is dynamic in nature and requires strong organizational skills, an execution and results driven mindset, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Your role is to support the Program Manager in program planning and execution, to include financial management, task management, schedule management, risk management, resource and staffing management, contract and acquisition management, subcontractor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Success in this position is accelerated if you have the following: 1) past experience managing technically complex Intelligence Community and/or defense programs with hard deadlines; 2) strong verbal and written communication skills to foster efficient internal and external stakeholder engagement and coordination; 3) a passion for collaboration, digging into details, and being proactive.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS/BA in a technical field with 5 - 10+ years of professional experience
  • Experience contracting with the Intelligence Community and/or Department of Defense
  • Understanding of IC and/or DoD acquisition processes, contract types, data rights, reporting requirements, security requirements, etc
  • Experience managing key program performance indicators - cost, schedule, technical performance
  • Experience with program financial management - forecasting costs, tracking expenses, invoicing, reporting to internal/external stakeholders
  • Experience managing resources - coordinate, procure/recruit, and allocate people and materials to drive program efficiency
  • Experience in preparing and presenting status reports and other artifacts for internal/external stakeholders
  • Experience evaluating program outcomes and implementing lessons learned
  • Proficiency in program management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Excel, Jira, Confluence)
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to Travel: 10% or less outside of the National Capital Region
  • Must have an active United States Top Secret security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph

US Salary Range
$108,000$210,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
