Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

As a Demand Planner within Anduril’s Supply Chain organization, you will support the development of demand forecasts, data models that inform operational decision making and strategic initiatives that drive towards best practice. As a member of the Demand Planning team, you will partner with teams across the business – from Supply Chain and Sales teams to our Tower and Drone teams – to gather and shape demand that informs our hardware delivery requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any business or technical field including finance, economics, supply chain management, business administration, marketing, mechanical/aerospace/manufacturing, electrical, or computer engineering
  • You are self-driven and relentlessly proactive. You don’t wait on others to solve problems. You proactively step into the gap to offer solutions yourself
  • You have strong analytical aptitude. You intuitively think about problems in terms of numbers and data-models, and you are able to quickly execute analyses in Excel or SQL
  • You are comfortable communicating broadly and having a lot of eyes on your work. This role can at-times require comms to large groups and senior leadership. This should excite you!

  • Prior knowledge of Blue Yonder or a similar Supply Chain Planning system; developing statistical models to predict demand in a fast paced, high mix, low volume environment.
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning best practices and data processes that generate business value. Including, but not limited to, demand planning, inventory management, supply planning, S&OP / S&OE and Integrated Business Planning.
