The Business Systems team is responsible for building and improve the many systems and internal technologies that enables Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril’s supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, field maintenance, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built and maintained by us. We work across the company to ensure we have the tools and capabilities necessary for mission success.

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and driving adoption of our most critical systems to ensure Anduril is successful for the near and long term. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, accounting, finance, people, and more to understand the business needs, engineer solutions, and ensure our systems are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions that meet the business requirements of the organization.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make improvements
  • Lead the development and implementation of system-centric projects, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate systems and solutions into the company's infrastructure.
  • Work with internal software development teams to build out custom solutions if we decide to build rather than buy
  • Provide guidance and support to the stakeholder teams on system and process best practices, including training and documentation.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of emerging trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and government cost accounting practices
  • Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep expertise with cloud-based ERPs, with a strong preference for Netsuite
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.

US Salary Range
$127,500$191,250 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in all offers; and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
