Summary

Anduril is looking for a Campus Manager to join our rapidly growing headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA. As the Campus manager, you’ll be responsible for owning the day-to-day activities that are happening onsite. by focusing on various internal operational functions to ensure a top-notch employee experience in the office and support the growth of Anduril’s operations. No two days will look alike and no task is too small, as you should hold the highest bar for execution.

Responsibilities

  • You will formulate a strategy for all teams, emphasizing the creation of an exceptional workplace experience. This involves offering space planning support to accommodate our rapid headcount growth and implementing operational improvements, such as optimizing team seating and capital expansion
  • You will partner with your business partners to plan allocations, occupancy and room usage - monitor, provide proactive solutions, and improvement ideas.
  • You will perform analysis on occupancy metrics, utilization rates and growth forecasts reporting up to senior leaders across the business.
  • You will manage our work order management system and triage tickets for the campus. You should respond and assist teams with day-to-day requests.
  • You will establish key performance indicators for vendors and conduct regular assessments. Address performance issues and work collaboratively with vendors to drive improvements
  • You will organize and maintain campus documentation, including project plans, procedures and reports.
  • You will manage operating costs, track expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness.

  • You are an experienced planner, coordinator, and executing multiple client needs.
  • You are skilled in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal teams, customers, and business units.
  • You are comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization and working cross-functionally on a variety of Facilities projects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with 5 years of work experience, or an equivalent combination of experience in Design, Construction, or Project Management.
US Salary Range
$88,000$132,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in all offers; and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
