A Comms Architect will be responsible for creating and leading a team of cross disciplined engineers to develop/design/prototype/build and eventually field resilient communications products. An ideal candidate is someone who has 10+ years of military comms waveform experience, wireless systems, digital signal processing, systems engineering, product development, and leadership skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design Resilient Communication Systems
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of software and hardware engineers to develop software defined radios

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong experience with DSP implementation for embedded devices and/or software defined radios
  • Waveform design for resilient comms
  • Extensive experience with embedded devices, including FPGA, GPU, ARM, and Software Defined Radios
  • Familiar with wireless communication standards both commercial and DOD (Bluetooth, 3G/4G/5G, Wi-Fi, SINCGARS, MUOS, etc.)
  • Excellent at balancing multiple projects at any given time
  • Project Management and Leadership experience
  • Enthusiastic about both working with a team and executing work
  • 25% travel required
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance
