Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
As a Program Manager you will be responsible for managing the successful execution of Anduril programs supporting national security customers. Success in this position hinges on effective external customer engagement and internal collaboration across the growth and engineering organizations. You will have to learn technical concepts and employ them quickly. Digging into the details to understand program dependencies so that program risks can be managed effectively is a must. You will be expected to utilize your growth mindset and technical capability in conjunction with your program management skills to deliver the best outcome for Anduril and the customer. You will also be astute at identifying new areas where Anduril technology or products could address customer requirements, and find ways to articulate the value of the Anduril approach across an ever broadening mission space.
A successful candidate will have significant experience working within the U.S. security enterprise; acumen to navigate technology security in a dynamic work environment; experience engaging with high-level government officials; in-depth knowledge of national security markets and understanding of geo-political trends to drive a global business strategy.

  • Scale: Grow the business by working with our existing customers on their newest challenges. Contribute to new growth areas by researching, engaging and helping the growth team close new business.
  • Embed: Work side-by-side with our clients, understand their challenges and shape Anduril’s platforms to their specific mission needs. Manage complex accounts efficiently and precisely.
  • Write: Draft white papers and proposals. Articulate Anduril’s full scope of complex platforms concisely.
  • Build: Work with Anduril engineers to build relevant products for your client’s operational needs.
