The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst who will assist in the development and tracking of the annual financial plan, forecast, multiyear financial plan and special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly variances analysis to forecasts
  • Consolidate financial data for various reviews (Bookings, Revenue, COGS, Cash, Headcount planning)
  • Ad hoc support and special projects
  • Project revenue and cost analysis (Estimate at completes) and ability to dive into costs
  • Assist in Long Range Planning
  • Assist in streamlining of reports
  • Support monthly close process which includes review of monthly expenditures to ensure proper GL coding
  • Work with Accounting and business owners when coding reclasses are necessary
  • Demonstrated sense or urgency and ability to meet multiple commitments
  • Maintain Charge Codes
  • Interact with all levels and functions of the organization
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize new systems and independently prepare and analyze cost data
  • Shows initiative by seeking ways to improve processes
  • Understanding of GAAP accounting processes, procedure and internal controls including revenue recognition and COGS

Requirements

  • Expert in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate sense or urgency and ability to meet multiple commitments
  • Flexibility and desire to work on new and challenging/unfamiliar and fast pace assignments and projects
  • Work under deadlines and constraints and multitask across various tasks
  • Strong research and analysis skills
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
