At Aiwyn, our Implementation team is pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Customer Success division, working to deliver a nonpareil implementation, training, and testing experience for customers who have purchased our software.
In this role, you will primarily be working with representatives from our customer firms to manage the Implementation process, acting as the primary lead for interfacing with customers throughout implementation, configuring their system based on their chosen specifications, train the firms on what to expect from the experience of using our software, and testing the data flowing through our software. Additionally, you will be assisting the Senior Implementation Manager in handling larger implementations, navigating training requirements for our more advanced software, and identifying and documenting best practices surrounding the implementation process for new and existing software products.
Who are we and what do we do?
- We’re a team of interdisciplinary do-ers who’ve come together to solve long-overlooked invoicing and payment problems in the accounting industry. At accounting firms, the process by which a firm prepares and sends a bill to clients and then collects payment from clients is called the “work-to-cash" cycle. And for most firms this process is slow, manual, offline, ungoverned, costly, and frustrating (for staff and for clients). Our mission is to reinvent an easier, faster, smarter work-to-cash cycle to help accounting firms save time, speed up cash flow, and deliver a superior client experience through our Intelligence-Based BillingTM platform.
Day-to-Day responsibilities include:
- Be responsible for multiple Implementations at once, reporting progress to the Senior Implementation Manager weekly
- Frequently meeting with Firms to configure, test, and train their staff during their time in Implementation
- Document Implementation progress, tasks, and timelines through Zendesk
- Designing solutions for the firm to adapt new, more efficient processes that will add success to the software solutions being implemented
- Contributing to additional, internal projects to enhance our implementation processes to ensure a world-class, cutting-edge implementation experience
About You:
- B2B SaaS customer-facing experience is required; experience at a B2B startup is a plus
- Passion for problem solving and delivering the customer delight.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to take complex situations and explain them simply.
- Previous experience with Project Management, Onboarding, or Implementation
- Someone who is highly proficient in English, with excellent written grammar and spelling.
