Customer Success Intern
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Intern to join our sales team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer support and sales and contribute to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support CS Manager with projects such as:
    • Renewals Migration
    • Data Hygiene
    • Contributory Data Audit
    • Template Library
    • learn business communication channels, lead and complete Customer Success initiatives that could be added to a resume, gain understanding and insights into a software/technical Customer Success department.
  • Maintain Acres Enterprise support emails/Hubspot.
    • gain experience in managing customer questions and requests gaining Enterprise Customer Support experience and valuable communication skills.
  • Ensure all Enterprise customer data is constantly updated, correct, and clean.
    • Intern would gain experience in data hygiene and the downstream effects and benefits of these efforts.

Potential Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in sales, customer support, and/or and business development
  • Excellent research and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

This internship is a part-time position for the fall and spring semester with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role for exceptional performers. All Acres internships pay $15 per hour and offer between 15-25 hours per week.
